Great Post. Its great experience working for a startups as you will have to figure out what is best for the current situation rather than following what BIG ones in industry. I had prevelage to experience all above discussed points by Collis.

Great article Collis. As part of a fast growing company myself, I can relate well to much of what you’re saying.

I can particularly relate to the hiring struggles – it’s hard to find good people that fit both your budget and company culture.
