		<description>I want to add to the second strategy. Changing a product feature can also mean making a better product. Useful innovation is great way to gain market share. Apple did it with the ipod, and took over the portable audio market. Innovation is not easy and requires significant research and development. For a small company this mean having a founder or co-founder that has the skill set and resources for whatever research and development that is needed to innovate.</description>

		<description>I read a lot but rarely do I find such informative and useful post. Thanks for sharing all this information collis. I especially liked the idea of subniche. 

About features, adding mass extra features often bloat the whole thing. For example, yahoo vs google.
